Life's a Stitch

And more recently life’s a creative adventure with some travel thrown in.

My lastest watercolour dog portrait is a 60th birthday gift for my sister. Her name and β€œ60” are hidden in the blanket pattern.

Her kids benefited from Mom’s 60th, too, as I had professional prints made for them.

Another terrific, and clever, watercolor, and special gift for your sis.

Hi there-I used to have a Beagle, named Scamp. He was my second most favorite person in the world-after my son, of course! What a great personality he had! And he used to do the samething, burrow himself under the covers!
I came here to request the herringbone rib pattern, and what a pleasant surprise to see this wonderful painting! So thank you for both! πŸ™‚

This was truly a gift from the heart. You captured my two doggos perfectly. Thank you big sister Li ❀ PS notice I didn’t say ” my much older sister “. Now that I am in my 60’s, we are all old together… hee hee
