Life's a Stitch

And more recently life’s a creative adventure with some travel thrown in.

I don't know what it is about these pictures makes me so emotional. Rosie and I have known each other since 3rd grade and a lot of life has happened in the 35 years between these photos. Maybe that's it. All that potential, all that life experience. It's a bit overwhelming and I'm thankful we're friends.

Look at the knitwear when you were younger! Old friends are a great blessing.

What great pictures, then and now…I have a friendship that has spanned almost 40 years, what a gift! I was led to your site from Ravelry and then got so interested in everything else I forgot why I came here…I would like a copy of your “Herringbone Rib Scarf” pattern.
    Thank you,
    Audrey

What a nice picture. I came across your blog while looking for scarf patterns – I’m getting a head start on Christmas gifts for my 10 nieces and nephews. Would you mind sharing your herringbone scarf pattern? It’s beautiful. Thanks and have a wonderful day, Meaghan

Could I have a copy of Herringbone Rib Scarf? I went to my first ever “nothing but yarn and needles/hooks” store…and found two lovely skeins of yarn that just scream “I must be a scarf!!!”. I saw a link to your site and fell in love.
