Life's a Stitch

And more recently life’s a creative adventure with some travel thrown in.

Gracee was whimpering for brekkie She's sitting in front of me, stomping her front paws one at a time and licking her chops. "Oh Grace, just one more square," I beg back.

"Forget that, Gracee," commiserates Chuck," it used to be just one more row and now just one more shawl is more like it."

Progress on very addicting Lady Eleanor the 2nd, which was going to be May vacation knitting, but might make vacation wardrobe:

Perfect for cool Alaska spring weather.

(Hey, Barbara, I haven't heard from you. Your Typepad profile doesn't not include a way for me to send you the pattern. Please send me your e-mail address and you'll have it ASAP).

Oh, man, that is beautiful. I love the colors. I think that’s one reason I keep putting off doing an Eleanor. I actually have the Noro for it…all reds and blacks…but I keep seeing other colors that I love. What if I finish it and realize I love another color more? Why, I might just have to….oh dear…knit more than one!

That is beautiful!! Poor little Gracee. Around our household “one more row” or “one more pattern repeat” is fairly common. But I’m not sure the doggies understand.

WAYG? Oh yeah, NOW you tell me. Actually, I planned to do that all along. But you know how it goes, the knitting is just to interesting to stop and weave.
Love the Lady in the photo there. Need to get back to my #2 and finish it!
