Life's a Stitch

And more recently life’s a creative adventure with some travel thrown in.

Ever have that feeling about a project? This one's been around – started in Toronto, almost finished in Honduras, finally completed at home in Vancouver when I should have been doing the taxes. Avoidance behaviour at its best:

The wrap-up:

A Mitred Square baby blanket variation made from eight skeins of Needful Yarns Cotton Joy (100% cotton) in the Rainbow colourway.Edges are single crocheted twice all around. It's a little wavy on the sides but I don't want to block the sproinginess out of it. Know what I mean?

Lucky baby, indeed! I is the most inviting mitered square blanket I’ve seen! I love the colors you’ve chosen. Taxes will be done soon enough. Babies are important. They need to be warm!

That is a beautiful mitered blanket! I’ve just discovered the fun of mitered squares and am making a felted bag and thinking of moving on to a blanket.
Are you still offering the herringbone scarf pattern? I saw it on Ravelry and loved it.
    Thanks!

Great colors and nicely done. The colors are perfect for a boy or girl. I have admired mitred squares for a long time. It is on my mental to do list along with many other techniques. I will eventually get to it.

Did you have a specific pattern for this beauty? If so, do you know where I can find it. I love miters and these colors are great.
