Dining, Honduras style

We're back. Adios Honduras.

Besides missing Vancouver's record setting snowfall, one of the best parts of the trip was the Latin American food which satisfied my genetically Puerto Rican taste buds. Pasteles, plantains, and flan, oh my. Rice, beans, and fresh fish on the beach:

While I do a good job of trying new and different foods while travelling, the English translation of the pasta entree on this menu required a second look (click on it if you can't read it):

    LOL Somebody doesn’t know how to translate to English!! Glad you had a great time. We were in the Keys and there is something abt being at the beach that is so relaxing. Unless there is a hurricane, there is nothing to dig out of!!!! Unless somebody buried you in the sand.

    Well, if you’re gonna have the penis pasta, I think you should definitely have cheese sauce on it… And lots of wine to forget what you just ate.
