Life's a Stitch

And more recently life’s a creative adventure with some travel thrown in.

It’s not the fact that I’m on Clapotis #3:

It’s that colour rut thing happening again:

I’m not complaining. Even though the colours are the same, the blending keeps it interesting.

Guess who smells looks good, but feels miserable about it? What price glory? I think it’s the dumb bow that’s bugging her. Too bad I don’t have a before shot:

Hey, a person likes what a person likes… I love those colors!

OOOOOOOOOOOO How cute the doggie is! The bow reminds me of the ones Whiskey would get when he was groomed. But weren’t they on his butt ?

Lovely colors – what yarns are they? Gracie looks like she’s pouting. That’s what Kirby always does when he comes home from the groomers.

She certainly looks fabulous now. You work that bow Gracie! You rock! 😉
And if the colors make you happy, don’t fix what’s not broken.

I do the same thing. I keep gravitating to teal and aqua…don’t know why. Just ordered some yarn, so I tried to mix up the colors some. We’ll see if I succeeded. I doubt it, though.
    Everything looks great!

Just beautiful–the scarves and the doggy!! I love the colors also and they are the ones I keep going for also. And the Voila scarves section is so inspiring for me, a rookie at best. I love that herringbone rib pattern and would love a copy of the pattern if you are able. Thanks so much, Dee.

That is too funny! You are going to have to have someone else pick out some yarn for you next time.
And she looks beautiful–but I’d be annoyed about the bow, too.

Pretty Gracie! What’s the pattern called from the scarf on the right side of the two pictues? I like how the variegated yarn comes out in this one. Might be the answer to my questions what to do with merino sock yarn, when I don’t want to knit socks with it! :o)

Gracie may not feel like it but she is looking real good !
Loved to see the pictures of sunny Florida, we are in desperate need of some sunny days out here. So everything colourful is welcomed including the pretty Clapotis.

Your dog looks so cuuuuuute. The scarves are lovely. You are so talented.
I spoke to Crazy Horse in Arizona and my friend Michelle is exchanging my cuff that is too small for another link bracelt. I can’t wait.
I am looking forward to PR.

I’m one of those people that loves pooling colors in knitting. I think your Clapotis looks fabulous. As does the pup. Ours always gets that same peeved look when they’ve had a bath. You can almost hear them say, “I was just getting to smell good and you went and ruined it.”
